Jonathan was introduced to us by a couple of friends. We met Jonathan at our residence for the first time and we almost instantly decided (We did speak to couple of high street agents before) to proceed with him as our agent for sale. He was very knowledgeable, professional and proactive throughout the sale process. He was very practical in terms of approach and suggest options that would work for both buyer/seller to progress the purchase/sale. He was patient and understandable when we had a reasonable delay in finalizing the purchase due to personal circumstances. We had challenges towards the end of sale and he was very helpful to get us past the sale process.Both me and Bala would highly recommend him anytime. He is good at making a very appealing video walk through of a property which works so much better than the 360 degree efforts put online by most agents. He knits together a story of the house spelling out the advantages of the area and a lot of local detail which I think is very effective.Apart from selling my house Jonathan also offered his advice and services to help me negotiate and purchase my new home.
