The gym and equipment are really good but the reason behind the 3 stars is that there isn't any water points/stations. Only £1 for a small bottle of water

I was previously at Nuffield, but after they shut their hot tub, and the steam room kept breaking down and the swimming pool was always full of kids I fancied a change. RHC has a superb Gym, loads of different machines, a great pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, classes. Basically everything you could want, and their team is helpful and friendly. Will be staying.

Great club lovely people and amazing equipment - but sadly no drinking water fountains - u have to bring your own - no.cold taps to fill water bottles eitherBasicsSo that’s why it’s a 2Their response is you can buy water at the Reception for a £1 for a small bottle

A really great gym and the most equipped in Medway for sure. Staff are exceptionally friendly and there is great atmosphere whenever I visit. A very sociable and welcoming environment.

As a returning member after many years absence (due to personal circumstances) I am really impressed with the advances the centre has made. The gym has everything you would need. The ladies only section is a joy. The pool is excellent. The standard of cleanliness is faultless. The staff are friendly and helpful. As a bit of an old codger I feel very comfortable here.

Great range of equipment, all in good condition, that you never find yourself waiting for. Loads of different classes. Nice staff. Suits all kinds of training and goals. Highly recommended! (picture is the pool at 7am...haven't seen more than 3 people in at a time)
