Excellent Alex, Log CabinWe spent ages trying to decide what log cabin to buy. Looked at all different sites, but settled on the Tuin range, as the selection was very good and price very good. We eventually chose the Alex log cabin. For the location at the bottom of the garden, it was perfect. While waiting for the cabin to come, I dug out and laid the foundations and a friend laid a couple of courses of brick, for the cabin to sit on and I then put a Damp proof course down, along with a screed floor, on top of Celotex for insulation.The cabin, when it arrived, was taken through to the garden and my wife and I started to assemble, so easy to put together, but you do need two of you. We got to a point where the roof was the next stage. All walls were up and it was so easy to assemble. The next day I put the tongue and groove roof on. I bought some extra timber, so that I could install Celotex in the roof, again for insulation. All was so easy to install. The roof shingles was the last thing to install. I did this over a few days, in the small periods of time that I wasn't working.I then finished it with the Carefree Protectant Timber treatment, excellent stuff, though a little pricey. The few things about the assembly that I wasn't sure about, Tuin answered very quickly and clearly. I did have a bit of water ingress, on a stormy night, but I put clear sealant et the end of the log joints and all was stopped and no problems since.

this is our third shed from Tuin, and second Daisy. Instructions and videos really clear, excellent customer service all round. We were able to get this built and the roof planks all fitted and watertight in an afternoon and another day on the shingles. Highly recommended to anyone after something that’s going to last much longer than a cheapy from B&Q.

I was fairly happy with the Tuin delivery and kit. I did read the instructions fully and consulted, I did my best to create a level base to build upon. The time spent doing so proved invaluable when putting the kit together. The worst bit to sort out was the door as little was available in the material or on the website for a single door at an angle as per this kit. I did manage to get it to fit but had to put some extra washers on the hinges to make it fit nicely. In general it went together simply as you went along once the base was level. I would however say I am good at building and woodwork and I think those not particularly well gifted with DIY skills would struggle. I am however happy with my man cave" I wanted a place to keep my tools and have a workbench to do things on as I have no garage here. In fact the pallet was so solid I used that to make my work bench along with some other packing. If I should ever need another log cabin I would be prepared to buy one again from Tuin."

We are so chuffed with our latest log cabin (Maggie) from Tuin. It is of good quality and easy to put together. The advice on the website is very comprehensive and any questions we had about building or any problems that cropped were answered very quickly.

Totally impressed with the customer service and ease of purchase.We were kept well informed of delivery of our log cabin which was delivered by a lovely guy nice and early for us to get assembling it....We later ordered the paint which came withon 48hrs.Wld definitely recommend this company. After a lot of research, and based on the good reviews of Tuin as a company, we opted to purchase the Jos corner log cabin. Ordering was straight forward and at this point we booked our “delivery” slot.Delivery of the cabin was confirmed the week before by phone and on the day the driver called about half an hour before delivery. (He was extremely helpful.) The cabin came well packaged and as we unpacked we ticked everything off on the accompanying documents. This is worth doing just to get your head around all the parts and where they go!Then the build... this is fairly self explanatory for most of the build. However, the reason for the four stars is that instructions could definitely have been better/clearer. We relied heavily on the videos posted to check that we were doing everything correctly, especially the door section and the roof. (And again when we put the self adhesive shingles on) Also on one of the opening windows the holes for the top fixings were not in line and have made the window very difficult to centralise, even after adjustments.We have made amendments to allow for guttering, which we purchased separately.Overall we are extremely pleased with all aspects of our purchase. We will post photos on the other review sites.Thank you! We look forward to using it now.

My experience in buying this Elburg cabin from Tuin was good from start to finish. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful, the instructions were easy to follow so that the installation was easy and fun and the quality was excellent. A minor problem with some extras I had ordered was resolved efficiently, quickly, and satisfactorily. The many email contacts with staff were responded to quickly, productively and in a very friendly manner.I am very pleased with the finished product and would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

I can highly recommend the Tuin Meaghan Log Cabin.Having received on time and carefully placed on our drive by the very courteous lorry driver using a fork life truck, I was ready for the huge task of unpacking and assembling the Cabin. With help from my neighbour we decoded the instructions which were OK and in-between rain showers unpacked the huge grate and checked we had all the items and then placed them into my double garage sorted by their codes. When a dry day arrived we were ready to build the cabin on to a previously well prepared base. See photos. We started at 09:00 AM and completed the build with a 1 hour lunch break by 19:30. The roofing shingles were added at a later date again waiting for a break in the weather but with the roof protected with ground sheets. I was able to complete this by myself in just 1 day. See photos. I am extremely happy with this well made product and with the service I received from Tuin.

Bought a log cabin that we absolutely love and use regularly, there was a minor problem with the model we had as it seemed to be caught in the middle of a design change. All turned out fine with a bit of extra effort during the building stage. Assembly was fairly well achieved by following instructions once the parts were organised according to parts list.

Ingmar log cabin!Abs delighted with my purchase. As long as base is flat and secure the cabin itself up in 2 hours. Roofed and floored myself, insulation added. Delivery faultless and driver was great. Already had a few nights in ?Gantry and shelf built from the pallet cabin was delivered on!
