What a wonderful experience from start to finish with two of the most loveliest girls to walk into a shop to meet for the first time. They identified what I needed straight away, amazing service you two and a credit to the company. I was assured this jacket was made in the UK but upon inspection when I got home found it to be made in Romania! Lovely jacket but deception! Not Good.

Great staff always welcoming and friendly, good knowledge of their lovely clothing, sometimes not all sizes in every shop (the nature of the product brand), but Lena in Islington particularly helpful and patient!

A lovely shop and excellent customer service! I was served by Sylvia who was super helpful and generous with her time. Purchased the Teddy Chore jacket in Navy which i can not rate high enough for a warm winter jacket!

My friend suggested we go to Sirplus to buy some good value cashmere mix for her son. They look very warm and cosy. We left with three pairs and half way down the road it was suggested they might be good in my new boots. So back we went gif three more pairs. The young man serving was extremely charming and helpful. We have yet to try them onI might have bought a green cotton bag but unfortunately it was a sample and not for sale.Happy customer
