I can highly recommend The Kitchen Magician LTD. I recently bought a Quooker tap through them. The service provided was outstanding. They arranged everything from helping us make the right choice of tap right through to having it fitted by a qualified Quooker engineer. No unnecessary sales patter, just straightforward sound advice and proper local customer service. Such a pleasure to deal with. And the tap? Well, we couldn’t be happier. It is a revelation. Safe, economical, a fantastic cooking aid and great tasting boiling hot water every time.

Needed a new hinge for my kitchen cupboard. A quick google found the kitchen magician was local and closest. Was quickly able to identify and educate me on the world of hinges.Walked away with a brand new pair and installed with no issues. A 5 minute job which actually took 5 minutes.I will be returning when the remaining hinges finally fail!5* star top man thanks

Had Mike come to our house to talk about replacing out bathroom. Choose what we wanted after several weeks . Spoke to mikes wife in the showroom and explained what we wanted and was told Mike would contact us but heard nothing and no quote! Feel like this company has totally wasted our time and wouldn't even give them the job now anyway if they even decided to give me a quote for the work.

Needed some supplies for our downstairs shower room and also flooring for this room and the kitchen, dining room and hallway. Fast, efficient, friendly, service and advice given by Michael and Pippa. Thank you both for all your assistance.

Used Kitchen magician to fully replace my kitchen except for white goods, oven and hob (However, oven and hob was still installed by the team at The Kitchen Magician). From the initial outlay in approaching The Kitchen Magician to the end I very much had a positive experience. Mike excelled himself in providing a professional service allowing me to explain my original concept idea which slowly progressed to the design I later agreed with (which turned out to be completely different and happily so). Based on budget limitations, certain subjects were not shied away from and it was explained where budget could be saved and where it was advised to put additional budget towards within the kitchen design to improve the overall aesthetic and longevity of its overall use. There were small delays along the way, however with each delay I was informed ahead of schedule and was of no consequence. In terms of the team The Kitchen Magician employ, they are fantastic in their work and it is evident with the quality of finish that they take exceptional care and pride in each of their profession. Overall, an amazing company and a happy customer. Will look to use The Kitchen Magician in the future.

Fantastic customer service, great bargain prices and all round professionalism from this small business. I managed to secure a Bosch Microwave at less than half the retail price and the lady was very accommodating to my needs for collecting the product. I will definitely be returning for all my future kitchen needs.
