Great service from Insitu, particularly since I live in Durham and the shop is in Worcester. I ordered a new leather swivel chair over the phone, with Dan, after searching online for someone who stocked this particular chair to match the rest of my suite. The local shop I bought the suite from 2-3 years ago had ceased to stock the same make. I was then emailed an image of what the chair would be like to confirm all the details were correct, paid deposit and in less than the estimated time the chair was in stock. Insitu arranged the courier, which had to come from Birmingham, and the chair was delivered without fuss and was exactly as I’d ordered. A great service from start to finish.
