Hillingdon Hospital Emergency Room
Took way too long to be seen, and I saw quite a few nurses act a bit inconsiderately towards other patients. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is based on my experience with the Emergency mental health team. I left feeling a lot better than I went in. Huge, huge thanks to Aoife Kearney! If you are need of urgent mental health care and she is the person who you are lucky enough to get, you’re in good hands.

Symptoms of anaphylactic shock, very severe abdominal pain, shallow breathing - and I had to wait 2 hours for anyone to take an interest in me. I was assigned the wrong triage. I thought I wouldn't get out of there alive. Monstrosity.

very badly organized we were in an emergency because of a stroke incident, no one cares.. the room stinks, patient lying on the floor, the room temperature was more than 30 degrees... what’s happen here in the UK, I felt like I was in a poor country, I'm where no one cares about the patient at all, it’s really very bad never again in this hospital ….

Expect to wait a minimum of 6 hours everytime you come here, place is completely empty and 2 and half hour waiting time so far. Triage staff are really quick and seen within 10 mins so not sure why it takes so long to see a doctor considering it's empty!

Been in at A&E for 15 hours for a head injury if that is not a priority don’t know what is. No one tells you how much time is it going to take. Very unprofessional. Worst A&E I’ve ever been to. No help from anyone. Never come here

Shame on you Paediatrics A&E. Very small children who are unwell, with fever, stressed are waiting 7 hours while you chat at the reception. Have some empathy to these little human beings, they should not be penalised for the horrible NHS system in this country. You are doctors for Gods sake!

i went there today with a serious infection on my finger. the staff was polite and professional. the wait was a little over 3 hours which i think not bad at all. got to say thank you very much
