Such a shame I liked their products but customers service just not helpful. I ordered one tea from them. I paid extra £ 2 & they delivered to my old adress . Ok . Sometimes it goes wrong. I connect with them to mention that I never got the product . They mentioned they were going to post to my new address. Been waiting extra 3 days no delivery . Then they told me the tea delivered by Royal mail & there is nothing they can do and ask me to call royal mail . Its not my responsibility to chase a products if never delivered & its your choice to choose Royal Mail. So instead of refunding or posting the good again which was only £10 . Now they loose loyal customer forever. Such a shame. So if you lucky & product arrives . There stuff is amazing. But good luckOzgen

Fate really served me a winning card today as I was trying to purchase CBD capsules which help immensely with a joint problem due to an injury. As I researched online i came across this company and seeing a phone number on the screenshot of the product, I was pleased to know I could talk to a REAL human not a robot! Fortune smiled on me and i was connected with the owner of this family owned British based firm where they grow their own hemp, make their own products and have created a terrific and simple to use! website.. I could not understand why their prices were so much lower than their competitors and they have passed all FSA requirements and clearly just are not greedy. A true British Brand homegrown and home owned! This is a great discovery for me and have even ordered their CBD chocolate so am in for a treat. I'll be back..believe you me!

I've been ordering from body and mind botanicals for the last few months. I have severe spinal problems. I tried the cbd capsules and I found they were good. Better than any anti inflammatory medication I've been prescribed over the past 27 years. I thought I would try the tea. It's even more effective than the capsules for me. It also helps with severe anxiety. It's helped that much I've stopped my prescription anti inflammatorys and lowerd my anxiety medication. supervised by my my Doctor.

The best CBD Oil I have used, a natural and earthy flavour that has helped with my arthritis and given me the best nights sleep in a long time.

My partner purchased the dark chocolate buttons and peppermint tea to help me relax. And honestly. I think it works! I feel a lot less inclined to worry, or over think. I usually move at 100mph trying to get things done, but I feel a lot less frantic whilst still maintaining my usual productivity. Both taste delicious. The packaging is brilliant. Will absolutely purchase more of the tea. The chocolate is rather indulgent given the price and the quantity you get, but still worth a try and would make a good gift.

Some of the best CBD I've had. There is a lot of people who would say CBD is just placebo, but I can tell you for sure it is not. I can almost feel the relaxation within 5 minutes of taking it. Also the difference between buying cheap brands of CBD off Amazon compared to this brand is insane. This stuff is the best price for the quality you will find and better than most expensive products!
