B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Lovely staff all willing to help. Lots of bargains and choices. Free parking and with Aldi across the road and Morrisons in same vicinity it’s a win to go to this area.

Who doesn't love B&M? This store in particular is my favourite, it has everything you need for home and garden and is always well stocked, clean and everything is well laid out

Not a big selection of Christmas trees, but what they had was well priced (6 foot for £15).

Lots of variety In store beware although many items are cheap and great for bargain hunters. Keep your eye on all prices as they claw back the reductions offered on the other stuff they sell. Staff are always pleasant, great car park plenty of space.

Good prices, recently much more options brought into the store, have lovely staff as well, make you welcome and appreciated.

I went to buy garden seeds and was advised by someone at the door that they didn't have any more flower seeds that what was displayed at the entrance when asked. This is not true!! My first time here today and I can safely say this is the best b&m I have ever been. It's so specious and full of goods starting from food ending up with toys and flower seeds and pots. Fully stocked up and a very reasonable prices. Very easy to get to by public transport if you don't drive. Eventually after browsing around I found what I needed in a corner of the shop near the tills, otherwise would have gone to Morrisons next door.Furthermore, today I have experienced a poor customer service. Bought 3 plants dead cheap at sale section, which should have only come up to £2. Lady on a till scanned the barcode which came to £1.50 each. I tried to explain to them then why they put £0.70 on a plant pot when you charge £1.50. people on tills don't bother to say thank you etc and try to justify their actions. No thank you no bye . Stuff on tills recently are very snotty and miserable , rude with a big A attitude.

Just been served by the loveliest most customer care driven person I think I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I write a lot of reviews and I can honestly say that Pamela on the till absolutely is one of the politest most friendliest till operators I have ever spoken to in any shop anywhere!! Absolutely left the best impression of b and m very very impressed with the level of care and attention this woman gave!! I hope the mangers give her the praise she deserves :)

Great store, lots of choice, well laid out. There were three pigeons flying around when we visited, so be aware that you might bump in to them!

I feel like I live here. I come for the garden centre stuff. As it's the cheapest around. However the plants are often on their last legs! LolSoil is cheap here. It's also a good place for cheap toys. And stocking fillers!

I visited the store this evening, grabbing a few items. I brought myself to the tills where it seemed to have 2 of them open. There were 3 members of staff stood around one, I assumed one of them were serving. They all gave me a look of disapproval; I asked if the till was open and they rudely and abruptly gave me the short answer of no. They then continued with their mothers meeting. This is something that needs to be observed within the management as the colleagues behaviour is extremely unprofessional from a paying customers’ perspective.
