Was told 2 days waited 8 days, then cancelled appointment on Tuesdays, was told will be Thursday, chased for a time, then told it would be Friday. So would have been 2 weeks. Unprofessional and lack of care. Me chasing them and didnt keep us informed. Didn't like being challenged about time frames and responded by hanging up.
