I purchased two 7 bulbed Turkish floor lamps from 'World Home Living' in Birmingham in person. The lamp was ordered on Sunday, delivery promised for Tuesday......by 11 am a rather large undamaged parcel was in the hall! All the bits associated with the lamp were duly unpacked, due to the assiduous packaging there were no cracks , breakages or even chips! Assembly was completed without the usual mutterings/ profanities . The end result, even if I say so myself,is rather splendid and reminds me of balmy evenings spent in Istanbul many years ago. Not only a decorative lamp but a piece of nostalgic therapy!Excellent product, excellent service......what more can you ask for!

What a great company to deal with, both online, email and by phone. Quick to respond, able to make up my specific order and quick despatch and delivery. Excellently packaged. This 5 lamp silver floor lamp is just stunning. I mixed 2 multi lamps with 3 other main colours. Now the envy in my hallway at home! The silver is a lovely change from the brass (of which I also have a lamp in). Highly recommended.

Platinum ServiceI cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I’m a bit cagey about ordering bespoke items online and not seeing the item “in the flesh”. They spent a considerable amount of time with me messaging and on the phone sending a variety of pictures to ensure I got exactly the right globes I wanted for my lamp. There was no high pressure sales techniques particularly important to me as I am a bit indecisive to say the least.Excellently packaging and delivered swiftly after payment. Won’t hesitate to use again.

I ordered the 9 ball floor lamp. The service I received was hugely impressive and professional. The item matched the description on the website and World Home Living were very proactive in responding to my queries prior to purchase. The item was delivered and assembled ahead of schedule. Once it was installed and lit up, the feature looked amazing. We are very happy with this new addition to our home. The colours and the translucent effect is really amazing!

Amazingly beautiful Turkish style lamps. Lots of problems during delivery (not the fault of World Home Living) BUT excessively reactive and efficient after sale service. I was able to get hold of them on a Sunday night, imagine, and sort out everything almost right there and then...Never seen a service like that, honestly. I highly recommend them and will order again.
