My partner and I are going away for 6 weeks in South America and needed lots of vaccines that Gopal supplied for us. We are both teachers so finding a time we could make is always a challenge but Gopal went above and beyond to do it for us on a Saturday when the pharmacy wasn’t even open. He was great and really transparent about which vaccines were necessary and which we didn’t need based on our itinerary. He gave us all the information we needed and what symptoms to look out if we got something. Gopal even went through things like the symptoms of dengue fever (which can’t be vaccinated against). Thank you for putting our minds at ease and making vaccines stress free! We will definitely recommend!

Lovely experience here! Last minute booking for a TV shoot I needed testing for. They were available within the day and it was on time, quick and friendly!

despite the other reviews, I did not find them friendly at all. I also had to wait a long time (over 15 minutes) for my antibiotics which were pretty much at the counter. Not impressed with the service and would not go back.

Using the 'My Local Pharmacy App' on my mobile phone to get my repeat prescriptions has been enormous convenience and time saver. Just a tap on the screen and the order is sent. You will also be notified via the app when your order is ready for collection.

I found them a bit rude and merely interested in money. I had to wait a long time for some simple vitamins. They asked me to wait and served at least 3 people before me. Not impressed at all. Will not go back. There are plenty of more friendly and efficient pharmacies in town.

I visited to get a covid PCR test ahead of an international flight. They squeezed me in even though they were fully booked as my test was urgent, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. Amazing customer service, well done :)

My wife had to get a PCR test in order to return from Spain after visiting her terminally ill mother, we thought we had made sure everything was covered for her flight home but due to poor information this wasn't the case however after me speaking with the pharmacist and heading to Falmer to collect it where he then helped ensure all was in place my wife is able to return home albeit on a later flight.The pharmacy went far beyond my expectations and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a day 2 and 8 pcr test.

Staff are cold, rude and very nonchalant. I attempted to have my medication redirected to a different pharmacy an called several times before my prescription was approved and no one answered. When i finally got through to someone ( hours later) , she told me that there was nothing she could do because my medication is 'so expensive' and i would need to travel from another city to retrieve it. I emphasised that this wasn't possible and that i desperately needed this medication. I was met with silence. I was forced to ration the medication i did have for over a month and struggled to function in my day to day life.After a month, i finally called and insisted that my medication be sent to another pharmacy as i could not travel from another city. The person on the phone was the same woman i spoke to the month prior. Cold, dismissive and monotone. After a few minutes, she came back and said that she's returned my medication into the 'system' which would allow me to collect my medication from any pharmacy. Meaning this was something she could've done a month ago, but she couldn't be bothered to do and I've suffered for nothing. Perhaps she didn't care because of the type of medication it was, but frankly her nonchalance almost cost me my life.I called again just to notify them of an error on the app. The same woman answered. Cold and disinterested again.If i could give them 0, i would.
