Very disappointing every single day! Either rude Management or very rude assistance! Full of empty shelves! Arguing with customers instead helping! Very disrespectful bunch of people! There are some nice sales agents but most are arrogant or helpless!! Store manager Or the Area manager also very rude!! Very unprofessional staff! I’m sorry! Never experience like this before in any Other Bookers stores at all! Good luck with these bunch of people for Chesterfield Branch

Just been to bookers Chesterfield what a carry on still only 2 people at a time yet there was me wife and my son ,my son is a carer as wife is going through brest cancer spoke to us like thay didn't give a dam will never use again we eavn had a letter he's the carer but the woman never gave us the chance to explain.look at reviews not that good so thay doing something wrong and tobe honest you don't save that much beer is cheaper at tescos

Visited the store for the first time last week and was greeted half way round by the store manager.She was lovely and really helpful giving us all the information we needed about deliveries and products we may need for our restaurant. She introduced us to the butchery manager and he was just as helpful explaining to my hubby about all the products they offered. Thankyou for all your help, we have all ready been back a couple of times since.

Have used this wholesalers since before it was Bookers!! Always recieved first class service from all staff of all departments. Even when the dreaded pandemic struck, contary to other reviews, the staff remained professional helpful and polite!!

First visit. Very impressed with their checking out system. Chicken breasts gone up some items restricted example flour but expected not to bad at the moment.
