Thames Boilers

I recently had my Boiler and central heating system cleaned and serviced by George Lane and he did a fantastic job. When he came to quote me for the work he was clear on how much it would cost and how long the work would take and was flexible on when he could do it. During the service I was surprised at how quiet and mess free the process was. George fully explained what he had done and made some recommendations on how I could improve the efficiency of my heating system but wasn't pushy and didn't try and persuade me to spend any extra money. He was polite, punctual and knowleable without trying to baffle me with technical jargon. A fantastic job well done.

Very happy with George's services. We had a problem with our heating and George sorted it out without fuss. We also had various other little jobs which needed to be completed - George did them all quickly and efficiently Extremely clean worker. He said it would take two days and was true to his word. George provided a fixed price for replacing the pump. He was quick, tidy and extremely personable. He went out of his way to show me the old pump in order to explain that there wasn't sludge in the system as I had first suspected (i contacted him for a system power clean but he advised replacing the pump would be cheaper and likely to be far more effective) so he saved me a lot of money. We’ve used George for general advice as well as a an emergency situation where we needed to call him out. He is the absolute professional; polite, incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy and produces top quality workmanship. He’s top of our contact list should we need plumbing or boiler work in future.

George did an excellent job replacing our previous thermostat system and radiator valves and installed a new Tado system with smart radiator valves on all of our radiators at our request. George explained the process, worked around us whilst working and set everything up for us. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We'll be asking George to come back for all future boiler work, now that we have seen how he works.

It's the second time we've used Thames Boilers within the year since moving to Kent. The service is second to none. George is very polite, professional and honest! He tells you when parts don't need replacing and even charges less than quoted if the job took less time than anticipated so you really couldn't ask for anything more. He's always been punctual, keeps the workplace tidy and clean when done and has great communication skills. He explains the problems found and tells you what your options are so you can decide what works best for you. Excellent service, would highly recommend to family and friends.

George at Thames boilers has been great. Have used him on a couple of occasions and was always prompt , efficient and very friendly. He was even great with my nosy cat trying to get in his way. Had a hiccup with our new thermostat after he first visited and he immediately came within a few hours to fix it for us. Great service
