Very unprofessional in their response when we had an incident of a nanny being interviewed who said she was from this agency but when my partner contacted them - they became defensive and unconcerned when they said the person had not been registered at their agency which is even more alarming on a parent's part. - And as my partner has stated in the email exchange which you referred to as not a direct method of contacting your company, you have made the situation worst with your unprofessional reply to the review also.

This was my first time navigating the world of childcare. I didn't know what to expect and my anxiety was through the roof. Amanda was a godsend; incredibly professional, with a great network of experienced and vetted nannies. She helped me with EVERYTHING. Hired a wonderful nanny through her for my one year old.

I have known Amanda for a number of years and have had the pleasure in being placed as a nanny in one of her positions. Amanda has many qualities that stand out and has always been very professional, reliable, knowledgeable and responsive to any and all of my questions or queries I may have. She always has a very detailed description about all of her current positions so potential nannies have a lot of information about the role. Parents should rest assured as Amanda meets her nannies in person, goes through all the relevant paperwork and checks to ensure she has a high standard of nannies. I would highly recommend her to other nannies or families and will definitely use her again in the future.

As a nanny agencies can just send you to any family. Amanda makes sure that you are a suitable match for each other.She is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.I will ask Amanda for help when it’s time to look for a new family for myself. She very patiently helps me with things like my DBS.I highly recommend her to parents I meet that are looking for a nanny. Or to other nannies.Definitely put her number on your list.
