I come here once a month to get infils. If I show a picture of what I want, I always come away, happy. Their pedicures are lovely, too.

The nails are very beautiful! The people painting them were nice and took great care to make sure they were done right, it was very relaxing.

First time getting my nails done in a long time and I am happy with my result. Only £25 for a full acrylic stand normal polish. Staff were very polite and helpful. Only lose a star due to having an appointment booked for 12.30 but didn't sit in the chair till gone 1 .o.clock

Called and booked an appointment specifically asking if they could do gel spa pedicure for me and my mum at the same time. When we get there the salon was full and we’ve been asked to sit down. I told them that we have an appointment and been told to wait extra 20 min. After that they sat down all the other ladies which definitely won’t take 20 min. Completely waste of my time as if I wanted to wait I could just walk in but since I booked the appointment I except them to value my time. If they can take me should have told me that on the phone. Really upset since I wasted time and could go somewhere else and booked with professional people. Btw place looked absolutely filthy loads of rubbish on the floor and I don’t think hygiene was in place. It’s a shame since I used to go there for a nice spa pedicure before and got really good customer service. Completely has changed for the worse. Definitely avoid! I definitely won’t come back ever!!!

I made a booking as this is what is advertised to do via their Instagram platform. There were walk-ins who were seated before me as I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time. This has happened before, but this time I made the decision to leave and go somewhere else.For future reference it might be a good idea not to recommend bookings if you can not fulfil them accordingly.

I treated my 12 year old daughter to her first set of nails. We wanted a walk in appointment so Ruby's was great for that.The smell is quite strong but I guess that's part of it. The staff were friendly enough and we didn't wait long at all considering we we walk ins.A man did my daughter's nails and listened to what she wanted, asking questions along the way to make sure it was all going to her liking.The staff did talk in their own language quite a bit and you just don't know what they're saying but it didn't bother us as they all seemed nice.The man did a wonderful job of my daughters nails and they were identical to the picture she displayed, a really decent price for the quality of artwork too.Thanks so much, I'm sure we will be back.

Really nice, took my walk in and the nails came out amazing. So pretty and very fast, I'll be returning!

Dirty, scruffy, unpleasant atmosphereI didn't come in the school holidays. I cane a couple weeks ago, middle of the day, when it was quiet. Lots of staff sat around doing nothing when you should've been cleaning. Even if it was clean, the experience was horrible. No people skills, just a very transactional service, horrible atmosphere would advise people to avoid.Most business people would take constructive criticism on the chin, your passive aggressive response demonstrates your tactless, rude, void people skills perfectly.No card payment, no bank transfers is questionable, clearly tax avoidance.
