Order from here every other week, always have our liquids in stock and always quick delivery (free over £25)well packaged. I had a mixed up order once (out of about 20) rang them up and they sorted it straight away received replacements the next day, excellent customer service!

This company is a pleasure to deal with. I have mailed them on many occasions in regards to orders, minimum purchases deliveries and they couldn't be more helpful.. they offer excellent discounts to returning customers making you feel like your buisness however small is greatly appreciated.. they offer a quick fast friendly reliable service. What more could anyone want.

The service is first class. My order was put in on Sunday and received on Tuesday morning. One flavour was out of stock so the guys sent a replacement and an extra one to try, that's how to treat your customers. The range and price are fantastic and if you subscribe to the emails there are excellent discounts available. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, a local company providing a top class product coupled with exemplary customer care.

Superior liquids are usually top notch, but the last few months the blackcurrant flavor has definitely be either packed or filled as black ice, all you can taste is menthol which is not what I want or bought, I did email them and fairplay to them they did replaced them but the blackcurrant that all came back was all menthol flavor. I sent another email and was told that they where definitely blackcurrant as they where filled by that person personally and that they had filled 1500 of them and he wasn't going to acknowledge one complaint because he had no other complaints. I sent another email saying that I would send them back which I did along with a letter but never got a reply or an acknowledgement to say my return had been received. I also recently bought some more blackcurrant that was fine and then I brought some more and bam back to the menthol flavor again. If you changed the recipe or just put the wrong packing was put on it would be nice to know. I don't usually complain about stuff on here but the blackcurrant has always been my favourite out all the liquids and I have tried other brands and they don't come close to superior liquid.

Nice products but customer service is awful. Received the order as you can see and one was the wrong item. when contacted to let them know, Alan said, in kinda rude way, to post them back for refund. No sorry or something like that. It was not the case for return but very disrespectful.

This is a great company to buy vape juice from. After you buy from it once you will go back time and time again. Great range of juices all top quality. Good communications from the company weekly news letter of special offers. The company was very quick to offer help to its customers during start of lock down. Even offering buy now pay later or a payment plan for anyone not able to afford to buy at the time. Gave discounts to essential workers through out who could have asked for better i commend your company for all you have done over the last couple of months and will be a life time customer as a result if you keep delivering the great service that I have been getting. I could go on but as you can see I am a very satisfied customer

First time user and have found the company both efficient and friendly. Love the range on offer and hope that it expands as there are so many cool flavours out there. Hate having to pay p&p but if you want a certain flavour then this is what you have to do!!! Will be reordering from them.

Amazing service, ordered yesterday and our order was delivered today. Emails keep us updated on the process from order being placed right through to despatch. Really good customer support too, quick and easy. This is our second delivery and we will be placing many more. The price cannot be beat anywhere else, we ordered 35 bottle of juice which was only 35pound and free delivery if over 35pound. We used to travel to the shop in derry for our bottles but we won't be doing that again as its far cheaper to buy off the website than it is the shops. Top class service and I've recommended to family members etc. 5*!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. I will only be purchasing my vape oils from here from now on. I've been ordering from here for the past 3-4 months and they have an outstanding customer service. You will receive emails with updates regarding your order informing you of the process which gives great peace of mind and is a real insight into how fast they complete your order. It makes it so much easier to order online and know you'll have them delivered to your door rather than going to shops and sometimes finding that they don't have what you wanted in stock.
