We had an issue with our heating system, and needed someone to come and help us. We didn't know any engineer, therefore had to rely on the reviews. We were not disappointed.Our call was answered swiftly; our issue was discussed over the phone; we agreed on time when he could come and discussed his rates.He was punctual. His manner was very polite and courteous. He took great care to keep our floors clean. He established and fixed the problem without any delays and was happy to explain, in a great detail, the issue. He charged us as per agreement. We were very happy with his services.

My 94 year old mother needed her boiler serviced and I live quite a way from her. Chiltern Heating & Gas Services did me a massive favour by attending at a days notice so I could be there while the work was carried out. Dan did a great job and explained issues as he found them and put them right. We feel my mum is a lot safer in her home now. Great job by Dan and team. Would highly recommend.

Dan was very punctual and arrived exactly when he said he would. He brought shoe covers to protect our carpet which I thought was very considerate (never had any other tradesman do this).He very quickly diagnosed what the cause of the regular dripping on our overflow was which turned out to be an inexpensive ball cock valve. Dan was more than happy to explain what he was doing and how it would fix the problem.A part had to be ordered so his colleague came back a few days later and installed it.I was very impressed with Dan that I recommended him to our next-door neighbour straight away.

Really pleased with the quality of service. Great communication, arrived promptly and diagnosed the heating issue quickly. Turned out to be an air lock in the heat pump. Once that was cleared, Dan checked to make sure all the rads operated correctly explaining how to avoid the issue in future. Highly recommend.

I would recommend Dan and his team without hesitation. He was polite, knowledgeable and very reassuring. Dan kept us informed about what needed to be done and the repairs were carried out efficiently and at a reasonable cost, with hardly any mess being generated and what there was being cleaned up before he left. He even brought his own shoe covers! Our heating and hot water runs much more smoothly and quietly than before. I will definitely use this company again.

I had my boiler serviced by Dan who arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. He put on overshoes to protect my floor and wore a mask and socially distanced. His service was very thorough and comprehensive. When checking my gas, he noticed a small gas leak, which he discovered was coming from my gas fire valve, which he then isolated and explained what I needed to do. 1st class boiler service. Would highly recommend.
