Jetts Gym 24hr Fitness Clapham Road

The gym is in a great location and has a lot of potential. But consistently disappointed by music that makes your ears bleed, members with poor etiquette and faulty machines and false promises from management.The only reason I'm still a member at present is that it's slightly better compared to a budget gym... although I couldn't possibly recommend it as I find myself increasingly complaining - often with no response - for things like music so loud you can't hear your own and the machines that have never been cleaned. Dust bunnies on the weights stacks and weights never in order (a sign both of poor management and long established poor gym etiquette). The owner sounds lovely when spoken to. But that's not what you're paying for if you're thinking of signing up. I like it here but often with gritted teeth- so it's a mixed review.Remember that a lot of company reviews on Google are written by clients and friends - which skew the rating. I have no idea if this happening here obviously but my experience has been very different to many of these reviews. Think about what you want from your experience compared to cheaper options.

One of the best gyms I have been to for a long time! Jetts has all the facilities and equipment I need. I was particularly impressed with the HIIT functional training area the the range of machinery. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating.

I highly recommend it. The gym is always kept clean and has a pleasant atmosphere which makes working out a breeze. They've got all the necessary machines and equipment. and lockers are free. I absolutely love working out on the treadmill while gazing out of the windows. Great value for money.

Have been struggling for a while to find a new gym as my most recent one closed down, was abit sceptical about Jetts but is really convenient to my work so had a free trial yesterday & was not disappointed! The gym is in great shape, with brand new equipment, clean facilities, great music & fantastic atmosphere! The tour in particular was the highlight for me, with the manager (think his name is OJ) giving me a great welcome & even giving me some cool workout tips! I’m now a new member & look forward to my next workout, thanks guys!!!

I came in for a tour as I was thinking about joining a gym and what a phenomenal experience! Me being fairly new to training, OJ was very patient with me, and made what has been a daunting fear of mines, an extremely pleasant and easy going experience . OJ made sure I was fully familiarised with what the facility had to offer. He showed me around, answered all of my question in depth but with ease for it to be digested!I can truly say after my visit I feel inspired and confident enough to keep going know.What a great club, great experience and great team member!Much thanks for the experience OJ!Will most definitely recommend!!

Came to London for a week as I may be moving down here with my partner. Thought I’d check Jetts out as I’ve never heard of them and I am blown away by my experience. I met with a guy called OJ who I believe was the manager and he was so welcoming, he cared about what I want and just made me feel so welcome. The music was brilliant with lovely atmosphere. I must say after this I really am excited to move as this gym will be my number one choice on day 1. I just hope the team haven’t changed by time I get there

This is truly a great gym and definitely one of the better experiences I have had with gyms in the past.The team are very helpful and not pushy especially OJ who was a pleasure to be around. He was very friendly and showed true proffesionalism when catering to my needs and expectations from jetts.The gym itself is very clean and tidy which is a tick in my books.nothing worse than a run down gym where machines are out of use,sweat all over the floors ect but everything is well maintained and I have to admit OJ does a fantastic job managing the staff and customers. The rest of the team seemed very good at what they do also but as I was dealing with OJ I can't fault him.Would highly recommended this gym for anyone interested in joining around the Clapham area.

Gym seems to have tipped into that imbalance of size and too many members. Hard to find equipment and space now even during the quiet times.At this point, I’m paying for the convenience of the gym location rather than the actual experience. A bit disappointing really

Good gym. Not very big and downstairs smells a bit odd but lots of good equipment.
