Average station, quite a few times it has pumps off, either lack of petrol or a technical issue. The staff if decent though

Needed to fill the company van up and called in excellent service and friendly staff now I call in every time I need fuel,they are situated on Durham Road Birtley not far from KOMATSU.

Jet is the cheapest and best fuel station no matter what your area is

Staff are great very helpful Dave / Claire / Bernie / the manager Paul and the bird with the tattoos

Two hand car washes, 1 drive in car wash, air and vacuum. All used contactless. It's also an EVRI returns station so you can take your Amazon returns there

Diesel all over the place, ask for id in the day but turn a blind eye during the night, very confusing place but reasonable prices.

Life savers! I urgently needed to fill up and after a shocking experience at the Esso station along the road refusing to serve petrol for 10 minutes while the gentleman cashed up even though they were still open, I visited Jet. Filled up no problem, and the lady in the station was lovely :) Would definitely recommend.

On 2 occasion now I have used pump 4 for diesel and both times my dial has not really moved or my computer on my dash has not shown up my range, the first time I phoned I was told to call back Monday morning to talk to manager but when I called and explained what it was about. I was told that nothing could be done and the manager was not in, I have not used this station since but last night I needed diesel desperately and this was the closest to me so I called in and put diesel in again using pump 4 and once again no dial moved and no show on my computer. I think they should be acknowledged and was wondering if anybody else has had this issue with this jet petrol station . I know that this is not supposed to happen but I'm two occasions now I have noticed that I am wasting my money I also then had to go to Esso station just down the road Harlow green where I had to put extra diesel in and I noticed the only gave me a few miles considering I had already put diesel in 2 minutes before at the jet birtleyI did not want to put 1 star but I had to do to not be allowed to post this review
