Had ridge tiles repointed end of 2020, at recommendation of John to save money (after I asked for rebedding), and less than a year later it all started falling off. We have cement pieces all over the roof, most of which falls off into the garden in windy or rainy weather, and has come very close to hitting my toddler on the head. Avoid this company, John is a cowboy and will argue with you for years (yes, years) about coming back to repair, saying it was your choice and not what he recommended (despite email evidence saying otherwise).

Avoid. John was the third person I had come to quote to fix an issue with water getting into the fascia board and dripping down my wall causing damp. He suggested I didn’t need new fascia just soffits at a lower cost. Soffits fitted and I asked if he would adjust the guttering (which was new) to ensure the water ran out through the down pipe. He said they would, they didn’t as the join is still leaking. Said he would return to fix, didn’t. No response to messages and now my bedroom ceiling is leaking with the heavier rain. AVOID!
