Always someone at the front door to welcome you into the gym. Equipment is top quality and the gym facilitates all my needs. The personal trainers that are working will always be happy to help when struggling with an exercise or idea. Never had a bad experience when going to the gym

Friendly and approachable staff and members, calorie torching classes and lots of gym equipment. Usually not much of a wait on equipment. I haven’t but open for burning the midnight oil - open 24/7.

Great gym with friendly staff and a big selection of equipment. Open 24/7 and there’s plenty of space so usually not too crowded. Personal training on offer is top quality. Membership prices are affordable and well worth the money.

I’ve been working here for 4 years now. The management, staff and members are all great people. Equipment is all looked after, fantastic atmosphere and the best value for money gym in Exeter, no brainier not to join.

Spacious gym with plenty of equipment. Usually don't have too many problems getting on what I need to get on, even when I go at the peak time of 5:30pm on a weekday. Equipment is clean as well as the changing rooms and there's plenty of parking. My only gripe is that there's not enough space to do mat work when classes are on as this area is entirely taken up by the class. But I guess that's just the way it is due to limited space elsewhere and I do go at a peak time.

Best gym in Exeter! Super spacious and really clean. The staff are always friendly and willing to help show you around / how to use the machines. Perfect gym if you are a beginner or even if you’re a pro! There is a variety of machines and classes to suit all needs - better than any surrounding gyms! 100% recommend :)

Scammy company. I have been trying to downgrade my membership for three weeks. Neither app or website works, staff in gym give me a phone number for a billing company who say they can't help, and I get no reply to emails. I'm having to take legal action over such a ridiculous thing because I can't actually speak to anyone who can help. Utterly ridiculous. Scam company, stay away.The Gym Group asked me to email them below, which I have, and STILL I get no reply. I am now speaking to a local journalist who is talking to other people having the same issues.

Friendly and supportive staff always acknowledge you and make you feel welcome. Excellent trainers who put their all into the classes and plenty of equipment to use when doing your own thing. Always clean and tidy and lovely hot showers too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and haven’t been since they first opened; an excellent gym.
