Wren Kitchens

Pleasant, helpful staff but after problems with our kitchen due to the way it was planned and not enough flooring ordered and it’s been laid badly we are left with an incomplete floor and nobody cares. Taps are wrong too. Been told by the Peterborough showroom nobody can help you and rudely told in a call from the manager I am emotional. I have never been spoken to is such a horrible way by anyone. Paid a lot of money for our kitchen and still going through a nightmare. It’s shocking how we are being treated and head office/complaints do not respond either.Would not recommend Wren at all and would not go to Peterborough branch.Just reading through these reviews some people have also had bad experiences and wish now I had found these reviews before. Save yourself heartache and stress and go else where

It was such a pleasure, we were kept informed of all timings for the refurbishment project. The design staff worked really hard to accommodate our needs within the budget parameters available. The on-site team were extremely professional and the standards of workmanship exemplary. I couldn’t fault the company and their customer service.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of dealing with Wren in purchasing our new kitchen. We did use our own fitter so can’t comment on that side of Wren.

I've just moved into a home. The kitchen was purchased with Wren about a year ago. The previous owner installed and everything was fine. Shortly after the kitchen doors all changed colour, from a grey to a sandy colour. Wren admitted this is a manufacturers fault and sent out new doors. As you all know the cost of installation can be thousands. Because Wren hadn't installed the kitchen they had only sold the dodgy material , they wouldn't pay for installation. Now as the new owner of the house I have a spare room full of kitchen doors and a massive bill to sort this out. I cant understand how a company can sell something knowing that they have don't bare full risk to the material failing. I was going to get a full new kitchen from wren as I don't even like the style of the existing ( previous owners didn't have great taste) this was going to come to about 10k they had already visited the house for a measurement meeting and I have the design meeting set with styles my wife and I like already selected. Despite knowing I'm a customer they weren't willing to help solve the problem of the old kitchen while we wait and save for the new kitchen. Given all this I cannot recommend anyone to buy from wren and I myself have cancelled my *process of a new kitchen with them. Additionally the countertop is riddled with tea stains and even if it is poor use by the previous owners, you'd think a countertop could handle tea!

From our first visit to Wren in Peterborough, it was a fantastic experience. Our designer was always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.The delivery was on time . There was a few damages , but this was rectified and replaced promptly. We are delighted with our new kitchen . I would recommend Wren to my friends for the future

I had a ready helpful member of Wren's team come and measure up my exsisting kichen, which other companies ask you to do yourself on a Zoom call. I then had a really good experience instore with a lady called Cassandra Lartillier, who took the time to go through all the different design options/costings/3D experience. At no point did I feel any pressure from any of the sales team to go ahead with any purchase. I was happy with everything I did go ahead that day. When the kitchen arrived there was one box that was water damaged due to heavy rainthe night before.The customer care team were happy to replace this free of charge with a few photos as evidence. I would recommend Wren at Peterborough to other people.

We have just been in to see Marco De Silva-Clark who helped us to make our decisions and order our dream kitchen. He was so lovely. He listened to what we were wanting and helped us make our choices. The visit was not at all stressful, mainly due to Marco’s relaxing attitude. I have never felt so involved with planning things before. I will be singing Wren’s, and Marco’s, praises for a long time to come. I urge anyone who is thinking about a new kitchen to pop along to the Peterborough branch and see Marcos.

Excellent staff great service good prices just have to wait and see if product lives up to reputation.....real nose dive. Wren approved installer told us installation would take 10 days and actually took 20 including him going on holiday. He never showed up on time and on a couple of occasions didn't show up at all.Terrible attitude on occasions including rudeness some jobs completed to sub standard levels still waiting for electrical certificate after trying to contact him no response.And now the Wren issues.Tried to contact peterborough store manager no joy my partner left a message for him to contact her ...no joy.Call placed to head office was told would get a call or visit and guess what..........NO RESPONSE.As soon as Wren have your money that's all they seem to care a out

Loads of kitchens the staff nice helpful.Prices are expensive to what I thoughtIn the sale didn't see discountThey said always a different deal.But a third of my payments would be fitting.Show room looks awesome pity cannot afford this.Well worth a visit was good
