Rang Lewis in the morning, around later that day. Very polite, fixed our leaking toilet promptly replacing a part that he had readily available. Lewis was also happy to answer the questions I had and showed me how to fix it in the future, but think I'll just ring him back for any further work! Much appreciated Lewis!

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom.They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Just had a burst pipe at my garage with water literally spraying everywhere, Lewis and Nathan were here within 10 mins and managed to temporarily stop the leak instantly before doing a permanent fix. All sorted within 30 mins… top lads and pulled me right out of it.

Lewis did an incredible job installing our new combi boiler. All the pipework looks perfect, and everything was installed quickly and tidily. Bonus points for also helping me fix a leaky radiator!

. I engaged First Point to do a boiler service for my 94 year old mum who lives on her own. They carried out the service and found a leak which apparently required a washer to fix. They wanted to areange another visit at a cost of £64 plus the cost of paets plus VAT to carry out the repair. More importantly, they told her the EIS thermostat was broken and it would cost £280 plus VAT for a new thermostat. Having spoken to the BOXT electrical team all that needed to be done was to pair the thermostat with the boiler again , a job that only took a few seconds. Fortunately, Bosch came to repair the leak under warranty and helped my mum with the thermostat. You would have thought plumbers of any repute would have spotted what was wrong with the thermostat . . . or were they just trying to take advantage of an elderly vulnerable adult? By the way, for BOXT to replace the thermostat it would have cost £150 including parts, labour and VAT..
