Felt the most relaxed we’ve ever been. Olivia and Fi have my partner and I a Swedish massage. It was utterly amazing and we will be returning!

I've just had a pregnancy massage this morning with the lovely Fi after countless recommendations and I was blown away! By far the best massage I have ever had. I feel like a new woman! The whole experience was so calming and she was so attentive. I can't wait to book another appointment and I will be highly recommending her to everyone! Thankyou so much!

I have been to Fi on 2 occasions for postnatal massages and can honestly say they have been the best massages I have ever had! I have been experiencing back and neck pain postpartum and the massages with Fi really help to ease this! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to ease postpartum aches/ pains or if you are in need of relaxation and calm! I can’t wait book again.

Had a deep tissue massage with Erzsebet. Felt brand new when she had finished, so relaxed and refreshed. The space is beautiful, lovely and quiet. Perfect place for a massage.There was a misunderstanding with myself and Fi called explained and I was able to book an Indian head massage. No issues on Fi's part. I'm actually glad it happened because I get to go and have some self care again. Recommend for a lovely massage and to forget your troubles.

CHECK YOUR GIFT VOUCHER DATES!!!I'm sure this is a lovely place, but unfortunately, I didn't get to go.My partner made me a lovely hand-made voucher for Origin Massage for a whopping £130, with the voucher code on it to put in my birthday card in February, but didn't note a 6 month expiry date on the email and assumed it was the more common 12. (He swears he was told this on the phone, but phone records are kept and there was no evidence of the conversation.)I just tried to book this week and the manager texted me to say the voucher was out of date by 2 months and she was not willing to honour it, even though it was a genuine mistake and a birthday gift! She did offer a massage for a further £20, but I thought paying a total of £150 for one massage was very very steep. The remaining £75 paid on the voucher (after deducting £55 for a massage) was not addressed. Maybe this is not a lot of money for some people, but it is for us, and it was my only birthday present from my partner.I know small businesses need to keep on top of cash flow and that's why they might choose to use expiry dates, but surely that's for longer periods. 2 months late seems a little mean, especially when it's a large amount for a birthday present. I'm not one to write bad reviews, and would surely have written a glowing one, had I got to visit, but the whole experience has really upset both me and my partner. After a difficult couple of years of miscarriage and loss, resulting in back pain and arthritis, and generally feeling a bit crippled due to stress, a massage would have been perfect now I have found the time! Instead, I feel even more stressed after the two hour text conversation with the manager. There was no offer of a good will gesture here, apart from paying some further money. It just really shocked me is all.Please check your voucher dates people! especially if you're buying as a gift. I wouldn't want you to waste your money, or the receiver be disappointed.

The hot stones massage with Fae relaxed me so much it was comparable to doing Connected Breathwork in water. Nothing else is in the same league, lovely!

Had a lovely relaxing pregnancy massage! I had never had a massage before- Fi made sure I was comfortable and really made me feel at ease. Can't recommend enough and looking forward to coming back soon.

Wow, what an absolute treat it was having a postnatal massage with Fi. Having the space held for me to let my mind and body relax was extremely restorative, and so needed when I spend my life looking after two small children. I'm so grateful to Fi for helping me carve out that bit of me-time and showing me that massage is not an indulgence but an essential bit of self-care.

I've had a couple of pregnancy massages with Fi and all I can say is I wish I had gone sooner! I feel absolutely brilliant after and she really makes the environment lovely and relaxing.Will definitely be going again after I've had my baby for some post partum relaxation!
