What a superb dealership .. in a time where we are all under pressure these guys really do pull out all the stops to help where they can. All of the staff working here are lovely people (I’ve not met a mediocre one yet !).. and I’d like to especially mention Alex in the service department who is a particularly helpful and knowledgeable guy, going the extra mile every time I’ve visited.. and I choose to drive from Cambridge just to use this lovely dealership. Visited this dealership for a new car and big shout out to Jess Holmes and Luke for their assistance with our requirements and helping us choosing the right car with right variant. We (me n wife) probably took 5-6 test rides over 2 days just to understand what model and variant will be best for us and in our budget. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the car from this store due to our position on availability of choice of colour and an early delivery; however, Jess did her best to help us whats best for us. Highly recommend for their hospitality and customer oriented support.

Avoid! If you like being pushed from pillar to post, this branch is for you.Car has issues taking off at roundabouts, there is a 3/4 second delay, posing a huge safety risk to myself and other members of the community.Our E350 has always been under Mercedes Warranty and Service Plan. Took car in to get the problem looked at, first appointment; “we can’t find anything wrong with it, show the work shop technician”. After going for a drive and showing the technician, he says; “it must be the turbo, there is definitely an issue there”.Booked in for next appointment based on HIS comments. Car brought in, and I’m told “you need to change the air filters, that may be causing the delay issue”. Asked if this does not work, what would you advise, they say bring it back in. Changed air filters myself, using GENUINE parts from a Mercedes dealership, still the problem persists.Today taken it again, following THEIR advice. Now they (Shane Jarvis) at the service team says it normal for there to be a delay with all E350’s. I said so after all of this time and following your branches advice, you’re telling me this safety risk is normal across all E350 models and there’s nothing you can do about it? Shane then says “there’s a £300 gearbox adaption, but there’s no guarantee this will help”.Pure jokes, if you’ve sold customers a car with a defect, put out a recall and sort the issue. Shane really expects me to believe, people once paid 50-60k for a car with an acceleration lag like this when it first came out. Pure delusion. He also tried to force me to purchase a tyre when mine is above the legal limit. After having to be firm multiple times. He agreed to do a puncture repair that I would pay for. Just disgraceful. Does the customers voice and business not matter to this branch? Thankfully I will not be buying our next Mercedes from here, or bringing the current one in for any further work here. Honestly, avoid and go to another.

Being such a big reputable company, you’d think the service given would be a lot better. They put 100% into selling cars and making money but as soon as it comes to fixing cars and their issues (especially when gone through insurance) they don’t seem to care. They don’t return calls and they don’t communicate. The only way I got an answer was actually turning up to Mercedes and confronting on the spot.. To find out that no work had even been completed. Beyond disappointed

I have frequented this showroom a few times.On this occasion, dropped car for service - new automated system for key drop-off. Fortunately guided through this by helpful team member - also offered a hot drink as well which was really appreciated.Needed a courtesy car as well and formalities were dealt with promptly. I had a question on one of the cars in the showroom and although not immediately aware of answer, team member found out answer expeditiously.Good communication later in day on results of service /health checkOverall - mostly positive and pleasant experience

The service/parts department need to learn some telephone manners and loose the attitude when speaking to people who are being polite and only asking simple questions. You’d think they’re working for Bugatti the way they speak to you. Few times I had to ring and they’re always rude, to be specific a guy called Alex answered, rude, wrong tone of voice, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence.
