StorageMart

We use Storage Mart extensively at work. The team there are always very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work with us to find solutions. Excellent service and value for money.

From April 2019 to end of January 2022The Facility. Easy, secure parking and you can park close to the main entrance door. A bright, well lit, clean environment and I always felt safe working there, even when the unit was unstaffed. There are trolleys available and a large lift to the upper floor. A very wide variety of storage rooms available from very large down to the 'locker' size.What really sets this place apart are the staff - Geoff and Harriet. Always extremely helpful; there when you need them but never intrusive. Always made it so easy for me when I needed to change the size of unit and if the size I needed was not currently available, they let me know when it became available.Geoff is brilliant at the 'front of house' role and I do hope that StorageMart are aware and acknowledge this.However, as a company, StorageMart do not appear to value their customers and new customers must be very easy to find as you never hear from them except to say that your unit price is increasing. Never a 'thank you for being a customer' or 'you have been with us one year now - Congratulations, have a month on us' - nothing. They even charge you an admin fee for moving unit within the building...which is not a pleasant thought as you are lugging furniture, boxes or whatever from one room to the next! Why do they need to charge an admin fee when it is US doing the work of moving?!If StorageMart (the company) could learn a little customer service from their fantastic staff, maybe their customer retention could improve. Unless...maybe they want the quick turnover?

The manager Geoff was really helpful and got me the best deal for the size container I wanted. Very simple and efficient process, would deffo use again.

I have used Storage Mart on Freshfield Road a couple of times now and I have always been happy with the service and with the actual building itself. Decent security means I don’t worry all the time and it’s clean and dry.

Absolutely the best service from this company. We needed storage facilities for a month and these guys - Geoff and the other fella (sorry didn't get your name) could not have been more accommodating or helpful. I would definitely go back there if I need storage in the future.(from the bloke who's the same age as you Geoff but looks much younger!)

i can’t highly enough of the care and customer service i recieved from Geoff the manager of storagemart Brighton. storage space managers in my experience are often fairly indifferent to their customers experience but not Geoff. He is friendly, extremely helpful and pretty much one of the nicest and most efficient persons i have met. Storagemart your lucky to have him as an employee! hold on to him is my advice

Really easy, practical and fairly priced. No hidden costs, effortless process and helpful staff. Will definitely be using again!!
