Done a good job on the door repair went to pick car couldn’t pick it up due to paperwork not correct. Picked car up next day car wasn’t valted properly inside was really dusty due to being in workshop not valeted at all a bit disappointing to be honest for a national company

Tried to get quote, any information about body repair, estimate dates, costs, anything. Was struggling to get any information, I have experienced huge barrier from staff side (lady who sits at the end of room), Its shame. No one was interested to take a look on my car what so ever... Waste of time, very poor customer service, huge disappointment. If I wasn't important to you, my car, and repairs that must be done wont be either. Reported to Aviva.
