Dadford Road Campsite & Parking

It’s a lovely place but not for us as too far to walk to circuit we we in one of the fields at the back with no toilets or showers just to far away from anything my husband is in a disability scooter we did explain this hoping to get one of the Feilds closer to the exit but lady at gate said we had to go to the field furthest away it was very difficult for us to get around and we missed most events we wanted to see. We made the best of it and would definitely recommend it to younger people and more able bodied .

Booked here last minute for the F1 Silverstone (2023) and it was ideal!!! Yes you have to be prepared and aware that is a field first, campsite second but, the staff are super helpful, the location is great and the main shower block is brilliant. Would 100% stay again and recommend.

Great location for the F1 feels like a long walk after a full day at Silverstone however its worth it for the price. We arrived on sunny days, so the ground was great. There was so much space for camping, and the site boasts about unlimited spots. Glamping facilities and as far as campsites go, the showers and facilities available on field 4 at the time were great hot showers and toilets that were cleaned daily. Very secure, too. I wouldn't advise this. However, we left everything in our tents 100's of pounds worth of stuff that never got touched after being out more than 12h a day. Food van and shops on site at reasonable prices only downfall is no phone e signal due to the area and no open fires.

The campsite is situated really close to the vale corner entrance of the silverstone circuit which is ideal for easy access.The staff are very helpful when approached and the owner is a lovely person who is very kind.The built in facilities are exactly what you need to get by for the weekend and the price as I write this is very reasonable for the location and amenities offered

Perfect for camping on a budget. Within walking distance of silverstone track and at 15pp pn is a right bargain. There are toilet and shower blocks and although basic, there is facilities to use a microwave and kettle and somewhere to charge tour phone up. 3rd time of stopping. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Facilities are nice enough but don't expect any rest. If you want somewhere to sleep so you can enjoy the action at Silverstone during the day this isn't the place.If the late night hours of ABBA music weren't enough there's an almost constant movement of vehicles around the site, not just guests but staff in tractors.And then expect a super early morning wakeup call from the short term staff at Silverstone getting ready for their days at work that no one warns you are also staying in the same camp site.Bring ear plugs. And then ear defenders to wear over the top

We have stayed here a few times now for silverstone, we used to stay at woodlands (10 years) and lichlake before that but woodlands went downhill massively from 2021, catering more for those who preferred the 3am party and loud music. so for 2022 we explored other options and tried Dadford road and loved it, we then booked it again for 2023 and again were really happy, the staff on site are great, the campsite is nice and relaxed. Roll on 2024.

100% as expected and we'd definitely book here again for the F1.. It might not be to everybody's taste as its a field, you pitch your tent and camp. There's cleanish toilets and showers, somewhere to dump your rubbish. From where we were sited it was a 35 minute walk to the race track entrance. Our tenting neighbours were very pleasant. Winner winner as far as we were concerned especially as we left via the back exit at 17.30hrs and were back in Kent within 3 hours.

Perfect for a Grand Prix weekend. Walking distance from Stowe gates, burger van on site much cheaper than track vendors and plenty of space to pitch up comfortably
