Love coming here to get my haircut/ coloured. Inga is honestly the most professional and hardworking hairdresser I’ve ever met. The whole process is just so relaxing. The salon is very clean and well kept. So grateful to have found my go to hairdresser!! Thanks so much Beautifly!

TWO BAD EXPERIENCES WONT BE MAKING IT A THIRD….I don’t normally give reviews but I felt like I had to cause I left unhappy with my treatment for the 2nd time NOT going to make it a third;Treatment: Hollywood Wax (been waxing for years)The last time I went the lady left me burnt n sore for days cause she went over the same spots more than twice (trained waxer’s know that is a no go).Also instead of starting bottom upwards to avoid hair pull she started from the top and NOT in the direction of my hair growth. On top of that she Threaded my hair (weird) my hair is NOT HARD TO CLEANLY WAX.This 2nd time AGAIN only TWO people in store working (Manager and Worker).I told the manger about me last experience and she asked if it was the worker standing there and honestly I didn’t remember until I got in the room and she started waxing. (I’m 7months pregnant) this time she did cool down the wax but again the job she did was poor and still inexperienced. She went over sensitive areas 4-5 times with Hot Wax AND Strip wax and then said the only way she could get rid of the hair she was about to leave (if I didn’t feel it) was to again THREAD MY HAIR…. And to think at the end that’s when the manger wanted to tell me the price £40 which was higher than what I paid the last two times I went to that shop….. wouldn’t recommend and not going there AGAIN.

I came here at the weekend for a gel manicure at the recommendation of all the positive reviews seen here on Google and on Treatwell. My £35 gel manicure chipped after less than 24 hours. So(!) disappointing!!! All they could offer me was to re-do it again. Why would I want it redone if it chipped the first time after less than 24 hours? I wanted a part refund, to which he adamantly refused. So here’s my honest review. There are better places out there to get your nails done which last longer than 24 hours and are cheaper!

I have been coming here for over a year now and I cannot recommend highly enough. The customer service is exceptional and I have always been made to feel very welcome. They are very knowledgeable and professional, I couldn’t be happier to have found such a gem of a salon!

Just had my first treatment here and i’m so happy with the results. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They fit me in for an appointment with just 25 minutes notice. Will definitely be back!

The staff are very professional and also friendly here. I regularly get my Eyebrows and other treatments done here and they always make me feel so comfortable. I also tend to call very last minute and they always manage to fit me into their busy schedule! I would 100% recommend this beauty salon to anyone looking for treatments as they go above and beyond.
