This site has nothing in common with the actual store , as per managers. It is run independently by an outside company and you WILL NOT get what is on this site inthe store , drove 90 min to be told this.

This has become my go to store for quality baseball caps that keep their shape (don't have a collapsed front) . I have brought my husband a couple of their plain ones and he agrees they are an excellent quality. They aren't even that expensive.

Interesting shop with quality products. Good to have something different in MK. However, the sales lady in the shop today was shockingly rude. I was querying why the price was different at the till to that of the price on the sticker on the hat itself. After several shoulder shrugs and her walking off midway through me talking, I decided to leave as it was getting very uncomfortable. Sorry, but good customer service is just as important as a quality product to me. Not only was I taken back by her 'I don't know, don't care, and can't me arsed to listen to you' attitude, it doesn't give me much faith that if I had a problem with a product after purchasing, it would be met with good customer care.
