It's where you can take a boat and explore the Thames River and surrounding. One of the must visit place in London, best way to reach is always London tube but if you want to be more adventurous try the side walk walk along from london Bridge to London Eye then from London Eye to Marvel Street. To many places here to check out, must visit the Victoria ship if you get the chance and new year time is one of the best time to visit this place

Thames clipper late, cancelled or full so not allowed to enter. Comfortable but unreliable.

Expect to wait for an hour or more on this Pier. there is no information about this. You just stay and sit there with no one knowing what is happening. Just avoid this pier. Now we were told to wait that the next one is in 10 minutes and now we are told that this boat can't take any passangeres. This is just a disgrace. After asking the staff they just laughed at us with no care.

Took the Red Rover with family. Quite economical when you have a full day pass with staff explaining sights.

Good pier woth access to the Thanes Clipper services. The staff were pleasant and helpful. You can use your Oyster cards on the ferry, the staff check your balance as you enter the pier. Its a different way to travel through London and avoids the hustle and bustle of the buses and the tube. Will travel from this pier again. It is well located for the HMS Belfast and City Hall.

Used this pier to get a clipper boat to Woolwich last Friday evening. The tide was out so the gangway was extremely steep and the lights were not working so it was difficult to see the handrails. As a boat docked the pier jolted and my friend went tumbling down, hitting her head and her shoulder. Please get the lights reinstated and make the gangway safer!

It's where you can take the river boat for a tour of London landmarks. It's a bit expensive comparing to the boats you can board from near the London eye. Situated within walking distance from the London bridge station and from tower bridge, so it's very convenient for tourist.Great boats and a very scenic tour of London. Staff member's are very helpful.

A scenic way to get down to Greenwich if you're not looking to take the train. The boat might be full at certain hours, or if you run into a tour group taking a short trip down the Thames.Other than that, comfortable, smooth ride down to Greenwich, the pier is right at the Cutty Sark, easily walkable to pubs, the market as well as the naval college.Good tip, could plan a trip to Borough market prior to this to make full use of the day!
