Absolutely terrible service, took in 3 phones for a pre booked repair, I was told to leave them for 2 hours, 90 mins later they told me another 2-3 hours and the phone they had repaired had the wrong colour back installed, and the back is coming away, when trying to address the issues the staff could not care less, avoid atall cost, I am reporting to trading standards

Absolute con man puts cheap screens in 5 times I’ve been to the shop Keeps fobbing you off.I am on my second screen the first one was just blurred fair enough he changed it the 2nd one just keeps locking upBeen back the shop he says it’s working now after he reset the on off switch bring it back if it happens againWished I had read previous reviews

Went in with my girlfriend a week prior due to her phone not turning on at all, we went to phone village and he said it was either the SCREEN or the BATTERY, we were charged £40 to replace the battery (although it didn't look like he did anything to it at all) A few days later, the phone turned off again, so today we went back to get it looked at and the guy who fixed" it for us said he told us if it wasn't the screen or the battery

Came to this place to get my phone fixed not for the torch to come back not working and the antenna band all cut into if the guy would have told us this I wouldn’t be writing this review and considering I paid 60 £ for the back glass on my iPhone 13 it’s not that good that it’s come back broken again he didn’t even knock any of the original price for the inconvenience that we had to wait 5 days for it to be repaired despite him saying we would get it back same day I certainly don’t recommend if you don’t want you phone to be broke

bought a used phone for £90 locked to vodafone he then said he can unlock to any network for £100 extra which i wasn't falling for as i have unlocked many phones for free in the past. so be carefull not getting ripped of in this shop
