We have used this family firm for many years and they have always provided a reliable and most professional service. Recently we had an emergency and they reorganised their schedules and came and sorted the problem out within a few hours.It is so much better to use a small family firm and build up a relationship of trust and confidence.

We too have used Thames Liquid Waste for many years, in our case to empty a Klargester (motorised septic tank). They are professional, reliable, friendly and always helpful - not least today (Boxing Day 2022 - a public holiday) when after a telephone call at 10pm the previous evening they very, very kindly came out this morning to help with an overflowing septic tank due to a blockage in the pipe taking the treated effluent into the nearby ditch. This company always go the extra mile and I cannot praise them too much. Well done, T.L.W., and thank you for looking after us!
