Beaverbank is really a fantastic choice as an accomodation. The staff are all really friendly and they render help almost immediately when you require it. Even though it is slightly far from campus, there are several buses nearby that take you there. It is also super close to several cafes and good restaurants nearby if you are looking for food places to eat or just lovely scenic areas to walk!

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience in Beaverbank Place. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from some of the city's most popular landmarks and attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the historic Old Town or the vibrant nightlife of the New Town, everything is just a short walk away.The amenities provided were also top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and a desk for studying. The kitchen facilities were excellent, with regular checks. I also appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which made it easy. The best part was the free shuttle service which made it very convenient for regularly going to the uni.But what really stood out to me was the excellent staff support. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had and offer suggestions on things to do in the city. They were quick to respond to any issues that arose during my stay and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.Overall, I would highly recommend this student accommodation to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. With its excellent location, top-notch amenities, and fantastic staff support, it truly is one of the best options in the city. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to call home during my time in Edinburgh as a student.

Great accommodation. Couldn’t of asked for a better accommodation in first year of uni. The staff are very welcoming and constantly organising events and giveaways, including social events which allows new students to meet people. Although the location isn’t as close to the campus, the shuttle buses definitely makes up for this, with a fast and reliable schedule.

Room had a pretty weird weird smell but other than that everything worked and it was clean. Friendly staff, had a pretty fire pizza party hosted by the staff the day after I moved in. It's really far from the campuses but there are shuttle buses that come right by the uni.

Richard is incredibly accommodating, able to sort a problem as quickly as it arises.Beaverbank has a great atmosphere and simply fantastic staff!

Living in Beaverbank Place has been a very delightful experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the reception. Especially with the perfect receptionists, Richard and Annamarii.Richard is very friendly and wise, he always gives me good ideas, for example when I encountered a problem on parcel, he provided me with good advice, I did as he said and it was really effective! I mean It worked ! I really appreciated that. Both Richard and Annamarii are very friendly and nice, they goes above and beyond to accommodate residents’ needs, demonstrating remarkable patience and expertise. Their extensive knowledge and willingness to assist at any hour truly enhances the living experience here. I fully recommend this accommodation !

Beaverbank is a very nice accomodation, nice staffs and facilities.Richard is very nice and have swiftly repairs.Ann-Marii is also very helpful and make perfect events:)

Lovely place! Lovely staff to help you with any questions. Bit far from the university but the location in-general has lots to offer around the area!

I am a Phd student and I was initially skeptical about living in this predominantly undergraduate accommodation. I am delighted to report that, after more than six months, it has exceeded all my expectations. I have had no issues at all, and that is partly due to staff members like Tijana and Richard who are genuinely friendly and careful. The drivers of the vans offering free transport to campus are reliable, and manager Alex is always on top of things.The size of the flats is more than generous, and the sound isolation works great. The neighbourhood is not noisy anyway and is rather convenient in terms of campus proximity and the different amenities nearby. The laundry has enough washers and dryers for such a big accommodation.Only complaints would be the narrow kitchen table and limited cupboards, the equally narrow wardrobe, and the inability to leave the heater for more than a couple of hours during the night. Other than that, and considering its rather affordable cost, I'd pick this place again as a student in Edinburgh.

The accommodation is very comfortable and the staff are amazing. They’re so helpful, especially Richard who will always does his best to find solutions and make us feel at ease here.
