Very disappointed in the customer service here. I called to book an appointment for a special occasion for myself and my grandma. Upon arriving for our appointment they said that they had no booking for us and no space. I showed them the call time and date and they confirmed it was them I had called and booked with but still no record of our booking. I asked to speak with the person who had taken our call but they said they had no idea who it was and that there is no receptionist or booking person - anyone answers the phone. On the phone when booking I explained I was coming down from London to take my grandma for a treat and double checked the time, date and that we could have our manicures at the same time. Very upset and disappointed that our special outing was ruined by poor organisation and lack of efficient customer service. There wasn’t an effort to accommodate us either (no alternative time given for the entire day despite that fact they weren’t busy). Entirely disappointed- especially as the fact I had to ring up and book on the phone in the first place was because the online booking system wasn’t working. Inefficient and a huge upsetting letdown :(

i received a voucher as a gift & was very excited to try this salon for a gel manicure. Unfortunately this will be the first & last visit for me. Within 24 hours the gel had cracked at the tips, progressively getting worse each day. My usual gel manicures last between 3 - 4 weeks.Update:Thank you for your prompt response & complimentary pedicure (as I had just had my nails done).

I had a very unpleasant experience with glorious spa. I have had many massages in the past due to my line of work and this was by far the worst !Firstly the staff were not friendly or welcoming.My mum booked me an appointment (as a gift) for us to be seen in the same time slot and explained we were mother and son, yet they decided to put us in the same room which we felt was very inappropriate especially as there was a free room next door...The young lady who gave me the massage was clearly inexperienced and was not nearly qualified enough to give a massage which cost good money. I asked to have more pressure applied (as I can only describe what felt someone very softly rubbing my back) and she acknowledged this but failed to do so, after awkwardly asking again I received no acknowledgement... My mum to be fair received a good massage. The beds which were used were far to hot and made it even more uncomfortable and the massage lasted 24 minutes instead of 30 which was unacceptable especially after arriving early.This is a very ranty review and is the first negative review I can remember giving. I definitely felt more stressed and tense after this experience then prior to using 'glorious' spa.

My friend and I had a pedicure yesterday, it was a lovely experience, staff are so friendly and did a great job. So many colours to choose from I couldn't decide! Will definitely be back!

I am a Health Coach and have had many massages but today I visited 'The Glorious Spa' and was so blessed to have had such a wonderful massage! It was so much better than I expected so a big thank you x

Great range of treatments and the staff are all so lovely and very professional. I also appreciate the fact that there are evening appointments as I work full-time. Would thoroughly recommend!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I am always very happy with the treatments from massages to dermaplanning or a pedicure or manicure. Thank u so much I always look forward to relaxation time. Xx

Ive had my nails done here three times .very pleased with results friendly staff and a very professional service. I love my nails. They have lasted three weeks what more is there to say

Used to go quite regularly from when branch first opened but sadly found I was not getting such a professional service over time, felt a bit that staff not really interested in giving their all to clients, also seemed to be high staff turnover. Having said that, last time I visited the therapist who did my lash and brow tint was extremely good and professional in her work/approach and I left very happy. I would visit again for that, but a bit wary of booking any sort of massage
