Had an absolute nightmare experience with billing and being charged for an old address that had stayed on my account for more than 3 years, meaning I was paying for two locations at the same time! (0 stars for that)It's finally sorted out now after a couple months of back and forth with Ryan B who was absolutely brilliant in getting this resolved. He took responsibility for getting the matter sorted and was really easy to communicate with and proactive in his approach (5 stars for him, hence 2 star overall rating). Thank you again Ryan for sorting all of this out.

The single worst business decision we’ve ever made was taking on Clear Business to pay our water rates. Informed them we were moving premise in September and completed a form as requested. I’ve since personally been hounded by Clear Business for months. Firstly for cancelling my direct debit when we left (there’s no way I was giving Clear Business continued access to our business account), hundreds of texts, calls early in the morning, emails and then after somehow finding out my home address (which I hadn’t provided to them) sending threatening letters for ‘not paying by direct debit’ despite already having left and paid our last bill. Wasted hours on the phone to them trying to get them to stop. I was informed last week I wouldn’t hear from them again only to continue to receive letters and calls. We’re now at the point where taking legal action seems like the only option.

AVOID!!!!!!!! Problem after problem since we started the contract with them. They have been overcharging us for no reason month after month, and we've had to waste so much time calling them to request our money back. Our internet stopped working a month ago and they haven´t fixed it yet!!! our business fully relies on internet connection, so this is a huge deal. We want to cancel our contract and they want to charge us a ridiculous exit fee of £700 despite not delivering any service and giving an awful customer service. THIS TYPE OF COMPANIES SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!On top of that, they staff are trained to threaten you so you don't dare to leave. Some Nathan manager of whatever that works at Clear Business took it personal, such and awful service.We will defo take it through the legal path.

After having serious issues with another company for my business electricity was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to speak to an clear business agent regarding my water bills. They are always polite, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and resolved most of the issues. Customer services email response perhaps not quite so efficient until it was picked up by Jayne Kelly digital assistant who not only dealt with my query went the extra mile to clearly explain how things would progress and any costs I might incur. Staff definitely worth 5 stars

An absolutely appalling company to deal with. We have had nothing but problem after problem with our telecoms and broadband since the contract started which has still not been resolved.Our line of business heavily relies on internet which is now putting certain licenses we hold at risk. If you get through you just get passed from person to person who don't have a clue on what they are doing and have you repeating yourself over and over again. Wasting time and very frustrating.It is now impossible to get through to speak to anyone since a new problem has arisen today where we keep getting disconnected or hung up on.Online chat is a waste of time as been told we will receive a callback which never happens .Customer ref CB11255479

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Electric and Internet ProviderRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with my electric and internet provider. From slow internet speeds to poor communication and billing issues, this company has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.Firstly, the internet speeds provided by this company were consistently slow, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a workplace environment. It made it nearly impossible to complete basic online tasks, causing significant delays and hindrances to my work productivity. Despite numerous attempts to address this issue with the provider, their response was inadequate and failed to provide a satisfactory solution.Furthermore, the process of getting a new internet line installed was a nightmare. It took months to complete due to constant problems and miscommunication. This delay caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I was unable to fully utilize the internet services I was paying for during that time.To make matters worse, I recently received a debt collection letter from this provider, claiming that I owe them £2400. This is outrageous, considering I had already informed them about my departure from the premises and had received confirmation that my services would be canceled. I even filled out the necessary forms online to officially end my services. It is clear that their internal communication and administrative processes are severely flawed.Overall, my experience with this electric and internet provider has been nothing short of a nightmare. The slow internet speeds, the lengthy and problematic installation process, and the billing issues have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise against using this provider, as their services and customer support are far below acceptable standards.

Don’t use this company. They gave me a switch incentive and have now been holding onto the money for 9 months. When I asked them to trace back the recorded calls where this was promised they cut off my all my utilities! They’re a scam and I will be reporting to trading standards. I suggest anyone who is doing business with them should stop, it’s worth paying a bit extra but having a proper provider.

I recently had to enquire about a number of past invoices and having failed to do so via the website and telephone I e-mailed the customer services being informed that the response time could be two weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to receve a response from Lorena Sad within 6 working days and with all the information I required. Thank you Lorena. Great service.

Very low water usage for a number of years in our business premises. Then state my water usage had gone up. Trying to bill me an extra £300+ for a short period of time, just for water used and of course the subsequent sewage . Endless telephone calls. Bill in dispute, but continued sending me emails, letters and texts demanding payment or will be passed to Debt Collection agency. Told this was computer generated. I was told at one stage the amount outstanding was 13 pence, l don’t think so.When l asked how much the volume of water used would look like in reality. ‘Enough to fill a swimming pool’.Asked for a water meter change and usage has gone down, really?We were offered a payment plan to pay the outstanding balance over three months. So pay them for what is clearly some form of error? No one is listening or applying logic to the issue.Sleepless nights thanks to Clear Business.
