I use this station primarily for the past 2 years. In every week. Usually clean, tidy and friendly. However the staff don't seem to remember I have a loyalty card every time.

Check your payment, I was charged £4.15 for a drink advertised at £1.99 then when I tried to take a photo of the price the staff blocked the price with their hands!

Incompetent management leaves the store out of stock of the very most basic things like milk, incompetent staff fails to open store till way past opening time, the new management /owner are looking clearly to fail

Showed my loyalty card but didn’t register. He never said anything. So no points no discount on car wash. Car wash a nightmare too has to be manually operated so takes forever
