My wife and I are delighted with the shutters we had fitted in our lounge by Chris and his team .They look great and the room has been totally transformed . They wasted no time in fitting as soon as they came in . Our windows had moved slightly over the years so fitting was a bit more complicated but they did an amazing job . Quality craftsmanship from a good old family business . Very impressed and highly recommended .

Can’t thank Chris and the team enough for the first class, professional, friendly , quality service and the beautiful shutters and blinds fitted in our bungalow . From first phone call to the last fitting ( with lockdowns in between) the customer service was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble . We would certainly give CGS high recommendations. Thrilled with how the shutters have made our bungalow look modern and very smart . Thanks guys

We are absolutely delighted with the installation of our shutters that were fitted today. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Everything was fitted perfectly and every room was left clean and tidy.The fitter arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and gave full instructions on their use.Thank you so much for a very efficient service from order to installation.

Chris was extremely helpful and professional. Ordered the shutters and they were fitted within the time stated. However since being fitted I notice split wood. In my opinion shoddy workmanship.When I drew attention to this to the company they were disinterested and the fitter Gary made excuses. He said it was caused by water!!! This is impossible, the shutteres were fitted a matter of days when i noticed it and by no means had been exposed to water or condensation. I didn’t want anything more than acknowledgement! A polite email would have stopped me writing this review. However i received a less than satisfactory response.
