Excellent attention to boiler in need of tlc. Engineer was punctual,polite,professional,and patient. He gave us detailed information about the job and what options we had re repair/replace. Nothing was too much trouble,and a proper invoice sheet and paperwork was included. Thoroughly first class .highly recommend!

I am so pleased from start to finish with Tweeds and their customer service. The ladies who initially talked me through their garden furniture were informative and professional and the turn around for delivery was great. The bonus of getting sent photos of our furniture as they delivered and installed at our caravan to show it all set up made me so pleased. I’d definitely buy from them again.

We’ve always got our home heating oil from Tweeds, reliable and friendly service from all the team - from the office staff to the drivers.We have just started to get smokeless coal and find it the best quality out of any we’ve tried. We will be sticking with this from now on!

Good tidy and professional job of replacing my old (26 years) Oil tank, Moved old tank, laid new concrete base and installed, connected, filled & tested new tank & watchman level indicator, all within 3 days. Dismantled and removed old tank safely and left the place neat and tidy. Really friendly and efficient team of workers. highest recommendation from me!

Always helpful when ordering and delivering oil. Went to the showroom and purchased new garden furniture which was excellent quality and value.Lynne was also very helpful and got us prices for artificial grass from their supplier as we had been having trouble getting some the correct size

After much research and visits to many garden centres we ended up in Tweeds where we were welcomed by Laura. She was able to answer all our questions and demonstrated the product. Nothing was too much trouble. When we decided to purchase the Ballintoy 8 seater the delivery was prompt and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending this business and will certainly return.
