If you're tired of the same old gym routine this is a must. Staff are great and its a completely different style of work out, you'll discover muscles you didnt know you had.

I visited the pre-opening event recently on Thursday 21st. Great fun, really enjoyed it, something unique, and will be looking to visit regularly when it opens for good. Well done guys!

Axercise Kidderminster
Just had my first session at Axercise in Kidderminster!Matt was brilliant, he gave me clear instruction and encouragement on how to use the axe correctly to get more out of my workout, he also gave me great advice on a nutrition plan.A great 45 minute session I was completely drenched (in sweat!), I would Highley recommend if you want to try a different form of workout, I will definetly be returning!!!
