portions were quite large and tasted really good !! coffee was nice too ^^ definitely recommend the brownies too !! they were delicious and the vegan one was not too sweet which was perfect for me

Really lovely local cafe. Good food selection for vegetarians and vegans. Great hot drink menu and some good cake options too

A peaceful little coffee shop with a small garden area at the back and work spaces upstairs. Very calm with friendly staff. Also dog-friendly. The drinks are good and the food is refreshing, simple and tasty. Good veggie/vegan options.

Yellow Wood Cafe
A delightful shop that feels light and modern. The seating seemed closer than necessary and the hot chocolate was little more expensive than expected. With this being said, the staff were lovely and the hot chocolate was one of the best I have ever had. The accompanying cake (pictured) was delicious and I love the idea of have a work space on the upper floors. A deal I hope to take full advantage of as a student.

What can I say, I missed being their first customer. I visited on the day of their opening and ordered a cappuccino to go. And what a cappuccino it was.I was chatting to the owner of the place while he was making my drink, he was very friendly. The interior is what I call 'reserved funky' - the café suits Beeston but would welcome to see more of these independent cafés nearer the town centre too.Will return.

A pleasant little cafe, clean, pleasant atmosphere…my only qualm would be that the place could do with more ventilation. There are no windows open and the place is encompassed by large amounts of glass on windows and doors..this is very good for viewing the world passing by outside, but in warmer months makes the place a bit of glass house…very stuffy….air circulation would put this higher on my star marking.

Yellow Wood Cafe
I'm here every Thursday night to play board games. The cakes are exceptional, the service is friendly and the assortment of tea is boggling. It has a lovely garden in the back for when it's sunny too.
