RoRotel is a very efficient cloud-based phone system. It works very well and is fairly easy to learn. It provides all the necessary tools for having an office-style phone at your finger tips while being completely remote. I highly recommend this system if you are considering a cloud-based option.

We went through 2 – 3 services before we ended up with RoRotel and we aren’t going anywhere. The service and technology is second to none and the price is reasonable! We are a small business so we are very price sensitive. We also need the flexibility that RoRotel offers with its wonderful mobile & desktop apps.

After a couple of years of service we have started to look into the other products that they offer and what could benefit our company. Thank you for the speedy process. Arun from the sales team was awesome. He called immediately and walked me through a couple different contract options. I had an issue with logging in and tech support handled the issue with ease. Looking forward to discovering all the features the desktop application and the phone application have to offer. Everyone is friendly and very helpful! Plus service is quick. I had had this service for three years now and haven’t had any problems. I use RoRotel for my office telephone lines and fax machine number. The company makes service easy with just a text, email or phone call. I would highly recommend RoRotel!

The best phone system we’ve used by far. For the most part, we do not have many issues. But when they do arise, they are resolved extremely fast. The customer service is phenomenal! RoRotel lets us communicate effectively at an affordable price. I like how voice mails are captured on your PC and you can archive or play those back. In general, I would recommend the system to others also.
