Having placed and received a few orders I can honestly say, this is a great place to shop. Customer service is spot on, Prices are competitive, there is a good selection of quality tackle , luggage and clothing. Orders are well packed and dispatched and delivered promptly.

Quickly rectified my problem, Unfortunately my delivery was delayed and had some items missing. I was rather disappointed by this considering all the positive reviews I had heard but that was quickly turned around.Thankyou Matty for getting the problem solved. I really appreciate it.Will definitely be back in the future.

Unfortunately this company seems to be getting worse!! I have used them in the past and I have left 5 star reviews but I believe they are getting complacent and there level of service recently has been very poor. On 3 occasions recently I have had to call them and complain regarding 3 different issues. 1st. Incorrect pricing on there website!! 2nd. Advertising out of stock items!! 3rd. Incorrect descriptions!! The answers I have received unfortunately were very poor. Basically they always came up with the same excuse which were. Sorry but the guy who normally does this is on holiday, or sorry I was very busy and made a mistake when pricing the item on our website, or sorry we didn't realise we were out of stock. They are also starting to do what I believe Angling Direct, Total Fishing Tackle and a few other big company's are starting to do which is advertise items on your google search at a very low price but when you actually go to there website to order this bargain they are always out of stock!! This is obviously a ploy to get you onto there site and once you are there they hope you will buy other items etc. This is a true and honest account of my recent dealings with The Tackle Tavern. Make of it what you will and good luck.

Great experience, this store carries a lot of quality items at good prices. Very pleased with the two fishing chairs that I purchased for myself and my husband. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed of the date and time of delivery. Will definitely be purchasing from Tackle Tavern again.
