I was 2 boxes of tiles short when having our ensuite installed. (My error) I didn't know about this until the Friday evening. Tried to order online and it gave me a delivery date of 3 weeks away, rang the stratford store, they were ordered straight away Saturday morning and were available to collect first thing Tuesday. This means our ensuite can be finished this side of christmas. Great service, thanks!

Fantastic value, massive bright showroom with plenty of example displays great staff and advice .. with great local recommend tradesmen dropping in like Tim Jones (Great Tiler) nice job cheers
