Ali and Mar are the most AMAZING team. Both my children absolutely love going to the dentist. My daughter had 2 teeth removed ready for braces they put her mind at rest beforehand, she was relaxed throughout & said the whole process was pain free & so much better than she had expected. My son has had to have fillings & was quite nervous beforehand but between Ali & Mar they talked him through the process and made sure he was comfortable & happy to go ahead, it was over in no time & pain free. We are very lucky to have such lovely dentists. Highly recommend ❤️

Nakeel has been my dentist for 6 years, I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. I’m an extremely nervous patient but he always put me at ease while doing procedures. Rothley Lodge is a great surgery and I recommend it x

Disgraceful dental practice that is dropping its NHS patients in pursuit of hard cash.Each time I have had 'treatment' (fillings) with this cowboy branch they have failed. I have gone back in each time for a 'warranty' filling but they have attempted to pull the wool over my eyes and charge me anyway. Still awaiting confirmation of a tooth extraction that was supposed to have been booked 2 months ago and they were supposed to inform me. Perhaps its because I'm a NHS patient Rothley Lodge so very much despises...Terrible dental practice.

I can't fault the service I receive here.My dentist Ali is fabulous and Jenny is always very accommodating and friendly .I have a very demanding job and have needed a lot of appointments lately.The surgery have always been really helpful in finding me appointments to fit around my schedule which is so appreciated .I needed a prescription today and Jenny spoke with Ali and then emailed me within 10 minutes to say that it could be collected.A top class service all round .

Ali I’d the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m a complete baby when it’s comes to dentists and Ali and Mar made me feel so comfortable and kept me so calm. See you soon guys

Beware of this over-priced, uncaring, dental practice! It They don’t accept responsibility for anything as they have the best equipment! So tough luck if they damage your teeth- it’s not there fault! It’s probably your fault for eating a sandwich! I can remember when this practice cared for their patients- now they prefer to intimidate, humiliate & bully you into spending thousands of pounds. No thanks! I will take my chances elsewhere! I visited the practice for an appointment with the hygienist. When I arrived I explained to the hygienist I have old veneers and one of them is attached to a milk tooth (I am 54 so it’s serving me well!) She said she would go carefully around the tooth. Once she had finished she showed me her work and I noticed a visible crack across my veneer. I asked her about it and she said it was just a stain, I didn’t say anymore as I wanted to be sure. I paid the fee of £93. Once I checked at home I knew it was a crack so I emailed the practice immediately.The following day I was asked to come in and see Meghan the practice manager. Initially Meghan said the crack in my tooth was just staining, when I disagreed she ask Simon (another practice manager) to come in. He came in and scoffed when I told him how long I’d had my veneers. He then told me it was probably ‘my sandwich which had cracked my tooth!’ I had to listen to him belittle my version of events, saying it was probably there previously and it’s because my tooth underneath is so badly decayed. Meghan and a nurse were also in the room, it was very intimidating. I was then told an implant would cost £4000 and the other veneers would be around £1000 each! I explained I can’t possibly afford this, I am an NHS patient. He said he would accept no responsibility for the crack in my tooth, they only have the best equipment and would offer a 10% discount on a replacement veneer on only the cracked tooth. He said I should book an appointment to see him to have X-rays and a proper examination of my teeth. I went to receptionist who then told me to see Simon it costs £160 and I have to pay £80 deposit. There had been no mention of this by Simon. Stupidly I paid.There was no apology, no offer of a refund of the £93, I was made to feel like a fraud & felt bullied into paying for a consultation with Dr Simon Chard which I later cancelled. I won’t be going back after being treated in this uncaring & unkind way!

I’ve been attending the practice from childhood and have always had great experiences! Today I saw Ash for a hygienist appointment and she was lovely, the best one I’ve seen yet. She was so patient when I needed little breaks in between cleaning. I’m glad my next appointment has already been booked with her for next year! The appointments are a little expensive at £93 but I’m happy to stick with a practice I’m used to.

So far it has honestly been a pleasure going to Rothley Lodge. All the staff are friendly and informative. Personally I have struggled in the past to go anywhere clinical but everyone here has helped me to rebuild my confidence, It is so refreshing.On top of that Ali and Michelle have both done an excellent job on repairing both my teeth and gums, they have provided me with invaluable advice on how to properly maintain my oral hygiene at home, including recommending tools that I could no longer live without. And after only a very short period of time the results are already day and night.I really want to express my gratitude to them both and I look forward to seeing them in the future.

Like a lot of people im scared of the dentist, but i cant recommend Rothley Lodge more. The care you feel when visiting is second to none, My latest procedure i was dreading but i couldnt fault anything, Megan is amazing, fantastic, she told me i wouldnt feel any pain and no word of a lie, i didnt even feel the injections, four extractions and stitching, i was expecting swelling, bruising, bleeding, after pain, the lot. Honestly i had none of this. Megan, in fact the whole team are brilliant and so so caring.

Rotley Lodge is a superb dental clinic. They have made my children feel comfortable and have helped them give up on thumb sucking. My girls are much happier with their teeth. I am definitely a more relaxed parent and really pleased with Rothley Lodge dental services and treatments. They have managed my children with care through tooth extractions and teeth repair work - amazing. Thank you so much!
