Really upsetting customer service, I work for JLR retailers and service centres and I couldn't dream of making a customer feel the way I've been made to feel today. Very poor service by Ray on reception. I was firstly spoken to in a harsh manner when dropping off my car, which I put down to the retailer being busy.. However I was just asking for a rough time frame due to being stuck in Southam whilst my service was completed due to no public transport back to my home. I received a call after around an hour due to the fact the team could not open my bonnet.. I was laughed at for asking what issues they were experiencing and trying to help over the phone, I confirmed I have never had an issue with my bonnet and I open it every week to check my oil. I was told they won't be able to open the bonnet and I'd need to return to collect the car if they couldn't open it, I was belittled and told that the staff have years of experience and nothing I could say would help, I put the phone down as I felt the tone of this conversation was confrontational. Ray then called back and had calmed down at this point and was a lot nicer. The team managed to get my bonnet open and completed my service, I was sold two new tyres and wheel alignment and a replacement back window wiper and brake fluid change. I was told my car would need to be investigated for an oil leak.. but it was just an oil spill which I was aware of. I headed back to wait for my car after afew hours and sat in reception to wait and overhead a professional conversation which in all honesty didn't need to happen in front of a customer.

Found i had a flat tyre late yesterday evening pumped it up but kept going down... managed to get to southam tyres for 8.30 friday morningMan on reception said no slots for 3 days..and had i booked????.so i had to leave after i pumped up my flat tyre on their forecourt with my own car kit with staff and customers passing by...not a great advert for customer serviceOn a positive though got fantastic service and a new tyre at Lodge Tyres Daventry

Avoid at all costs, took my car in for an MOT they failed it on headlamps out of alignment. When they tried to adjust them they broke the adjuster. Then asked me to take the car elsewhere to be fixed. Went elsewhere and got a new MOT and they fixed my headlamp. A new headlamp and labour would have cost £700. That would have been the most expensive MOT in history

Took my car here to get two new tyres. Since I collected my car on the same day, I noticed that my wheel alignment was off whereas it was fine before I took it to Southam Tyres. Tried to call and explain the situation, to see if they would have a look at it and was immediately and aggressively told that it was not caused by them, that there must be something wrong with my car and that I'll need to book it in with them again at an additional cost.The only thing wrong with my car is what Southam Tyres has done to it and won't own up to it. I had heard bad things prior taking my car here and read the bad reviews, but thought I'd give all of that the benefit of the doubt - clearly I shouldn't have!If you want to take your car to a garage, where they do the work and cause more issues for you - then take your vehicle to Southam Rip Off Tyres. If you want to take your car to a decent, honest garage - you're better off going anywhere else but here.

Booked on Asda tyres to have tyres fitted. Turned up on the day of fitting and was told they had no spaces that day for fitting.Offered me no real alternative other than leaving my car there for a whole day the week after.Overall very poor and not my fault they can't organise their dairy.

Would highly recommend these guys. They always deliver a great polite service and go above and beyond what is expected. Usually a fast turn around and call you if you need to be informed of any issues.
