Great dining experience. The service was top class, thank you to ‘Namira’ for looking after us and making our evening special. The new interior decor is really relaxing but classy at the same time. The menu is similar to the previous restaurant, so we were familiar with what to order. The food was flavoursome, but lacked the authentic taste and the texture of the meat was not the same. However, the staff were very friendly and the service was quick and efficient. We do hope that Thai Imperial are able to host a weekend Buffet!

I was really excited to try the food at this new restaurant and the dining in experience. I wouldn't say I was disappointed and at the same time I won't be rushing back.The food was average, the portion sizes were okay, enough for 2 people to share and the presentation was great.I didn't find the taste and flavours to be authentic.The reason I was excited to try this place was because its close to home and I wouldn't have to travel far to an alternative Thai restaurant.Menu is over priced for the location it's situated in. The restaurant is very cramped and noisy. Parking available on side roads.

Excellent experience in my opinion, I went to celebrate my birthday with 3 of my other girl friends.The atmosphere was super welcoming, everyone was extremely friendly and supportive.When it was time for prayer, a kind lady directed me to the newly built prayer room so I could offer my maghrib namaz, 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️The young manager went above and beyond for us, which was amazing given how busy the restaurant was at the time.Moving onto the food, it tasted AMAZING as well as the drinks. Prices were also reasonable so I’d give it a strong 9/10 ✨

My family and I went to Thai Imperial to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time! The decor was classy and high quality. We went at Dinner time and were seated very quickly. We had starters of mixed platter, Prawn Tempura and prawn crackers. Our mains was a mixture of Steak, sea bass and noodles and OMG the Soup was 10/10.There desserts was outstanding too. The food was delicious and was in very decent portions!Now the best part of my birthday, Mr Samtu the Manager, he definitely made it a birthday to remember! He even came out singing Happy Birthday and playing the guitar and sang a song of his choice. He was so friendly and Polite and honestly the best service I have ever gotten from a waiter. We had a lovely conversation with him and he seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good experience! He is definitely a credit to Thai Imperial. We will definitely be returning and recommending Thai Imperial! A very easy 10 star rating! ☺️

My family and I went to Thai Imperial to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time! As soon as you enter, the decor is beautiful and classy. We went at lunchtime and were seated quickly.We had starters of mixed platter, Thai fries, chicken satay, and prawn crackers. The Thai fries and vegetable tempura were delicious! Our mains included fried rice, noodles, stir fry, tofu curry, and jungle curry. The curries, although quite spicy, were well enjoyed! We also had some very refreshing jasmine tea. The food was delicious and was in very decent portions!The staff were polite and friendly, especially Samtu - he definitely made it a birthday to remember! He even came out singing Happy Birthday and playing the guitar. We had a lovely conversation with him and he seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good experience! The customer service was the one of the best I have ever experienced. We will definitely be returning and recommending Thai Imperial! A very easy 5 star rating! ☺️

A little Thai gem in the middle of Ilford. 5 stars! Food tasted authentic, starters were fresh, cooked with authentic flavours. Portions are enough to feed the hungriest of appetites.Decor is modern and vibrant, staff are super friendly and welcoming. Genuinely seem to care.Space for large families to eat together. Just can't fault the place.Absolutely loved the sea bass curry dish. Pad Thai was light, chicken tender. The beef dish was succulent, aroma of Thai basil.Mango desert was good but if you've tasted mango desert in Thailand it's hard to compare.Definitely coming back!

We had a good time here with friends, the only tricky thing is that the restaurant runs a lunch service and then closes at 3 and this made it tricky as we had to rush a little. The food itself was great! I am a fan of Thai food and I liked the selection available. Definitely a place we will try again

Loved the food. We were so full on the sharing starter platter, everything tasted amazing. Loved the green curry, and chili basil duck. Kudos to the owner who was so welcoming and found us a seat even though they were so busy and we didn't have a reservation. Will be back.

Finally visited Thai Imperial after some time...and I have to say its one of the best Thai food in London. As someone loves Thai, and having visited more then 10-15 different places across London, this is one of the better ones.Greeted by Suhel and then shown amazing service from the moment we sat down. The food was genuinely excellent, authentic flavours, aromatic and great to Mango Sticky Rice on the menu too.If you are looking for a night out with great food, this place is it. Make sure you book in advance, its very busy and I can see why.Will be back here in a few weeks with my colleagues, without doubt.
