Had a few good experiences here over the years... And some bad ones. The millgate itself whilst dated and what I'd describe as characterful" has rather uneven flooring and some oddly confusing layout choices spread across two buildings that really aren't right next to each other is more than just a mild irritation. That being said. Great selection of stores

Clean with a variety of shops and staff were nice. Took my sisters for an elf hunt they've got going on over the Christmas period and my sisters really enjoyed it and the lady at customer services was lovely and gave them sweets for completing the hunt

It's a great shopping centre. Small but well formed. A good mix of boutique shops and regular high street stores. Its also so convenient next to the Market. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Mill Gate Shopping Centre
Really good, no empty shop fronts as found in most towns. Always busy but plenty of space to walk around. Mill Gate leads out onto the outside market and indoor markets so plenty of scope for shopping and eating

Amazing shopping experience. Wide variety of shops to cater for everyone's needs, all in one place, undercover, including cafes & toilet facilities, reasonable parking charges. Other shopping options/centres & market all within walking distance from here. One of the best shopping days out in a very long time. Can't wait to go again. Also very helpful friendly staff within the centre. Several return visits. Excellent & enjoyable everytime.

Spacious, very well cleaned. Nice polite staff. There is plenty of variety for shopping and eating. I found the security personnel very helpful and human to approach with any question. My family and I just needed directions. I would visit again when this way.

Mill Gate Shopping Centre
Mill Gate Shopping Centre and all of the surrounding shops are a must visit when in the local area. We visited after a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. We parked in Parsons Lane carpark by the cinema and walked out into the the spacious pedestrian area with all the shops to cater for all your needs. Further on we entered the very impressive indoor shopping centre. It looks brand new, so clean and well maintained. Lots of signs directing you around which is very helpful. Unfortunately with it being a Thursday the famous 'Bury Market' wasn't on but that didn't spoil the experience. Will visit again if around Bury.
