Went to a member of staff to check if they had a particular shoe size and she send me back to the trainer's area as someone would be there for me. Waited 4 to 5 min and went over to her again and she just ignored me. One of the trainer's was not 100% and the box damaged as hell. Well , a costumer service skills refresher training it's due.

Ya can't go wrong with JD sports but this store doesn't have a changing room. Not to bad if your a lad cause just stripped to try clothes on. But me sister couldn't. SORT IT OUT JD.
